Being a first-time homebuyer was already a nerve-wracking experience, full of unknowns and potential pitfalls. To add to the complexity, a notarization error during a crucial stage of my home loan became the last straw.
This oversight not only resulted in unnecessary delays but also led to threats of late fees and the very real danger of losing the home I was so close to securing. It was a frustrating and eye-opening experience that signaled a glaring gap in dependable notary services. I knew I had to step in when I discovered that Las Vegas Notary was available.
When I took the reins in November 2022, I knew I was picking up a legacy, and I didn’t take that lightly. Fueled by my experiences, I’ve reintroduced Las Vegas Notary with a renewed sense of purpose.
